With a background in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Engineering from UC Berkeley, he combines technical precision with a systems-level understanding of how infrastructure, environment, and community intersect.

Mr. Nakamura passion for renewable energy was sparked early on, inspired by his father’s career in the sustainable energy sector. Growing up around green technologies instilled in him a deep respect for innovation that not only powers cities, but also protects the landscapes and ecosystems that define them. Today, that foundation fuels his commitment to building resilient wind energy portfolios that create lasting environmental and economic impact.

Throughout his career, he has focused on strengthening communities through thoughtful project development, strategic operations leadership, and collaborative partnerships. Based in beautiful Seattle, he is actively involved in several local organizations, reinforcing his belief that meaningful progress happens when industry leaders invest locally and lead by example.

Outside of work, he channels the same energy and drive into mountain biking across the Pacific Northwest’s rugged terrain, exploring art and creative expression, and spending quality time with his lovely girlfriend and their dog.
