Raised in Northern Michigan alongside one sister and two brothers, he grew up in a hardworking family where discipline and accountability were daily expectations. Competing in basketball, baseball, and hockey with his siblings instilled the drive, resilience, and team-first mentality that continue to define his leadership style today.

Adam’s passion for sales began early while working at his uncle’s auto shop, where he developed a natural ability to connect with customers and strategically upsell car parts. After graduating from high school in his small hometown, he moved to New York to pursue a business degree. There, he sharpened his strategic thinking and realized the level of success possible through full commitment to mastering one’s craft.

He launched his professional career in medical device sales, spending seven successful years delivering consistent results in a competitive, high-performance environment. Known for building strong relationships and executing with precision, Adam earned a reputation for integrity, accountability, and exceeding expectations.

Following his success in medical device sales, Adam transitioned into commercial solar, where he achieved a high level of success selling large-scale commercial solar projects for four years prior to joining the company. In a complex, consultative sales environment requiring financial modeling, long sales cycles, and executive-level negotiations, he drove significant revenue growth and closed substantial projects while helping organizations transition to sustainable energy solutions. Today, as National Sales Director, Adam leverages that diverse experience to build scalable growth strategies and high-performing national teams.

Outside of his professional life, Adam’s greatest pride is his family. He loves spending time with his two children and their two dogs, prioritizing presence despite the demands of leadership. A passionate sports fan, he proudly supports the New York Rangers and the New York Knicks — and, somewhat unexpectedly, is also a devoted Miami Marlins fan.
