Jessica brings a unique combination of environmental engineering expertise, sustainability experience, and a passion for turning complex challenges into meaningful, practical solutions to Energy Architects Group. She holds a Master of Engineering in Sustainable Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a B.S. in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. Her academic background has given her a strong foundation in environmental systems, sustainability strategy, and the technical tools needed to address today’s most complex environmental and operational challenges.

Throughout her career, Jessica has built experience across environmental engineering, health and safety, sustainability, packaging, and materials innovation. At Bosch, she worked in environmental, health, and safety engineering, where she managed greenhouse gas emissions accounting and supported sustainability reporting efforts. She also worked in packaging and materials engineering, focusing on opportunities to incorporate more sustainable materials and approaches. These experiences strengthened her ability to navigate complex technical challenges while balancing environmental goals with practical business needs.

Jessica is particularly energized by opportunities to take complex data and turn it into clear, actionable insights. She believes data is most valuable when it helps organizations better understand their impact, identify opportunities, and make confident decisions. At Energy Architects Group, she is excited to apply her technical background and sustainability expertise to help customers navigate the evolving energy and sustainability landscape and develop strategies that create meaningful, measurable, and lasting impact.

Jessica is thrilled to be joining Energy Architects Group and, perhaps most importantly, to be working alongside such an amazing group of talented, passionate, and inspiring people. She is excited to learn from her colleagues, contribute her own experience, and grow alongside a team that is deeply committed to helping customers and making a difference. She feels incredibly fortunate to be part of an organization whose mission, people, and dedication to its customers align so closely with her own passion for sustainability and positive impact.

Outside of work, Jessica lives in Miami Beach, where she enjoys golf, fitness, and volunteering. She loves staying active, spending time outdoors, and finding opportunities to give back to her community. Whether she is working with data to uncover new opportunities, collaborating with colleagues, or pursuing her interests outside of work, Jessica brings curiosity, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact to everything she does.
